School Radio Waves is an ambitious two-year project made up of five secondary and lower-secondary schools, from Spain, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria and Hungary. We aim at helping students improve not only their linguistic and communicative competence in English, but also other transversal competences in a rather innovative way, through the use of the radio and the new technologies.
The radio is in fact the main protagonist of our project. It is a powerful means of communication, and it will raise significant challenges for both teachers and pupils, but it will definitely enhance students’ creativity. Continue reading
