Erasmus+ School Radio Waves project on the press again!

According to IAQSE (Institute for the Evaluation and Quality of the Educational System) out of all the Balearic Islands, the students from Ibiza are the ones who have shown a greatest improvement in their English competence throughout recent years.

img_20181203_125955 img_20181203_130238 img_20181205_092955 img_20181205_093145Neus Garcia, English teacher of IES Sant Agustí (Ibiza) was interviewed by the press in order to show how English is tackled in the school. Apart from talking about the fact of having no more than 15 students in the English class, she mentioned the benefits of participating in international programmes, such as Erasmus +, and participating in interdisciplinary projects using the radio in the school.

The two years of the project were divided into four different topics, which were tackled during each LTT activity: “Teenagers’ addictions”, “Ecology”, “Music and Arts”, “Europe and Beyond” and “Final International Programme”.
